Henrietta is Toby's old loyal coach. She has a sister named Hannah.
Biography[]
Henrietta worked with Toby and Elsie on their old tramway. She became depressed when buses and lorries took over their work, and when the tramway closed, Toby took her and Elsie to North Western Railway. When Daisy came to Sodor, she insulted Henrietta, Annie and Clarabel. When there was too many passengers, some of them often had to travel on Henrietta's balcony. However, a policeman informed them that it was illegal to carry passengers on coaches' balconies. The problem was solved when a vintage coach Victoria was restored and added to ''Toby's Vintage Train''. During a snowstorm, Henrietta allowed Farmer McColl's sheep and lambs to warm up inside her. Sometime later, she attended a parade in Great Waterton with Toby, Flora and her tram coach. Henrietta also helped Toby to get over his fear of Knapford Junction. When Samson accidentaly took express coaches instead of trucks to Blue Mountain Quarry, Thomas had to take Henrietta because Gordon had to use Annie and Clarabel. When she was getting her seats refurbished, Toby had to use a replacement coach named Hannah, which was Henrietta's sister.
